Who your manager is, makes your experience. They did a lot of restructuring while I was in position, pay cuts and return to office. They clearly treat you like a number. Office is very gossipy.

I never felt like I really had a chance to advance. I was hired to work in Nashville, so I moved to Nashville in training, however I was then placed on a team out of Texas, and never met anyone in person. On top of this, I was laid off after being one of the top performers on my team. There was no loyalty

The company isn’t as diverse and inclusive as they claim to be.

Not much innovation or motivation after a while. its an inside sales gig so you are working one account set the entire time youre there

There have been a lot of layoffs and ongoing changes, which has created uncertainty across the organization. Many people at Dell are unsure about their job security beyond the next six months, especially with the start of the new fiscal half. Additionally, there’s a lack of clarity around the company’s strategic direction, which has led to confusion internally.

Benefits have been decreasing lately, no more wfh arrangement, no more free drinks at the cafeteria (which is like a bare minimum)
