It's a good place to work.
Not that stable. Lots of cuts recently and target to Mainland employees
Supportive team culture, flexible work hours, access to cutting-edge tech, strong brand reputation, great work culture, better opportunities to grow both in terms of knowledge and leadership skills, and good work-life balance.
Less in terms of the pay and no perks.
Pay is somewhat competitive as far as I know
- Company culture has been getting worse with constant layoffs and RTO mandates - Lack of growth opportunities
Still has a good market share in multiple verticals
Mostly hardware related identity, software products haven't clicked as much
Work life balance Flexible working hours
Compensation is not at par Lack of vision in leadership
Senior leadership(VP and above) and quality products
Middle management very poor and narrow thinking.
Good work culture Good company
Timings Shifts Growth Pay No allowance
Good brand in the market. Salary brackets are handsome. The provided training material to the technical folks is excellent.
Very less opportunities to grow within. Nowadays, there is a new fashion of WFR; you are not safe at any time, role, team, or location. A 5-day RTO mandate without any flexibility is too harsh for the employees.
People are nice for the most part Decent benefits
RTO policy took away flexibility Dell used to have and is also not followed by managers/senior LT but expected of others Everyone is stressed and unhappy Too many silos and confusing priorities
