Pay is less when compared

Started as hybrid, then changed to fully in person. Strict 8-5. Pay has changed 3 times since I started a year ago and leadership is out of touch.

No WFH arrangement, career progress may be slow

I do not have a healthy work environment.

compensation could be higher slow development

Can be an echo chamber, very much get on board or get out.

Compensation is pretty low, below market standards.

Very difficult to get promoted or progression

Not too many negatives. It was an early start in my career.

- lack of job security as could see the retrenchment is ongoing though the company is making profit
