The organization as a whole as gone downhill. Micromanagy VPs, politics, no more remote work, lack of true innovation, pay. Increasing KPIs to ensure optics over real productivity.

- Pay is really low and hard to say it’s the work you put in it’s the luck of the draw. - Rules change regarding pay and it does not benefit the sales team. - pay again is really low barely making anything

Must be in office 5 days a week
