Soulless executive leadership, layoffs regularly every year (I was finally affected after dodging it for nearly 4 years), business does not care about their customers/users needs, product design decisions are made by out-of-touch senior leaders that compromise the end product (and it shows), minimal opportunities for vertical or lateral career movement even when you have great year end reviews (dead end for most)

Management is biggest issue in this company

- Promotions tend to happen very slow

Slow growth, Too much hierarchy Compensation could be higher to be commensurate with the market

Engineering here has turned into factory work. Managers too busy to do more than paperwork. Career growth limited by old boy network.
