Account executive
The people at Dell make the shop amazing. I’m at some of the most talented inspiring people that I am now fortunate to call my friends. There are tons of opportunities for gift cards and extra incentives. Brought in Lunch is almost always guaranteed. PTO and benefits are nice. There is an opportunity to make decent money here if you have the grind and get a nice account set. All in all this is a great job for fresh out of college (basically the office demographic). I would say if you are a pro or seasoned sales person, try your luck elsewhere. Experience is not rewarded here.
There are too many levels of management. Sales managers don’t know what’s going on. The communication from higher levels is not consistent. There are fire drill changes changes, including Pay and account sets. The work can feel mind numbing. Constant cold calls and you have to extremely motivated
