Hard to develop, The only way to get new position - resign and come back next year.

Understaffed Underpaid Doing senior level task, but did not get promotion due to budget They took away WFO policy and asked everyone to go back to the office, but did not give back the travel / transportation allowance which was taken away during the pandemic

Lot of diverse people and it is kinda hard to navigate

compensation was not very good.
