Work life balance Work culture depends on team to team if you are working with team across globe Israel, France etc. its good if all from India it can be bad not necessary though.
Management made policy teams should be made based on geographic location way too bad. Next con may sound funny but stereotypes are built after experiencing same thing again and again. Stay away from PowerPath guys, if anyone you working with says he worked in a product named Power Path before, keep a good distance, very tricky people too much involved in politics.
