Software engineer
Competitive salary Good benefits Great culture Very friendly people Motivate your personal and professional growth
The office location is quite far
Tsr/customer service representative
None at this moment thanks
Micro management, lack of trust between higher executives and staff, work life balance no longer a priority, and initiatives are rolled out in a way to only implicate one group versus all staff creating a drop in morale for that group
Principal software engineer

Technical support engineer
Nothing Some good company workers
Bad management Promotion and recognition given to people who suck up not based on merrit. They give all projects to their favorite ppl. Many coworkers are 2 faced they spy for management and report back to them. They ate quick to blame everything on you if anything goes bad but quick to take credit when something is good or downplay your achievements. I was let go after 12 years of service irony is that I was recognized with team player by my pears the month before they let me go
