As a Dell employee, I can say that working here gives me space to grow and develop in a dynamic tech environment. I appreciate the open company culture, work flexibility, and strong support from both colleagues and leadership.
At times, decision-making can be slowed down by complex internal processes and layers of approvals. Additionally, navigating a large global organization may require extra effort to align across regions and teams.

The talent and people who are at Dell
SO many to list, there are various websites that describe what its like to work at DELL and all I can say that it is all about connections and falling in line with what management wants no matter how unrealistic or unreasonable the ask is.
Great coworkers and their spirit, learn a lot short term but move on.
Do more with less resources has been the motto and have more responsibility but with same pay.
