Field marketing manager
I believe Dell hires and promotes outstanding leaders. I genuinely enjoy working with my coworkers, and even though I have a long commute five days a week, the company and my peers make it worthwhile every single day. Dell offers a wealth of resources to support you in your role and help you grow your career. If you put in the work and strive to be a great teammate, Dell brings nothing but positive opportunities. The culture here keeps getting stronger. Michael Dell and his leadership team continue to innovate and pivot where needed. I fully trust this company, it’s truly at the forefront of the AI revolution.
At times, it’s easy to feel stuck in your role—especially for tenured employees who’ve made great contributions in the past but may be facing challenges now due to factors beyond their control. This can lead to uncertainty about career growth and direction. That’s why I encourage Dell’s leadership to actively promote the wide range of internal opportunities available across the company. One impactful idea would be to spotlight our career advisor—perhaps through flyers, digital signage, or internal communications—so employees know who to reach out to for guidance and support. Creating more visibility around career resources could help reignite hope and motivation for those looking to grow their careers within Dell.
