No stock option, a bad culture of working style. I felt like we were sailing a ship by hand. They need to hire good engineers instead of using many average engineers

- Disconnect across upper, middle, and lower management - More old-school sales culture

As with many large organizations, processes and decision-making can sometimes take longer due to the scale and need for cross-team coordination.

Salaries are not competitive enough

The more senior you are the more of a layoff target you are. Toxic leadership continues to persist.
