payout is good. Company has clear growth opportunities. Hierarchy is visible. There is employee feedback option.
Management is the worst. HR do not go by their policies but they go by the management instructions. they take Employee feedback but never implemented. Growth is for favoritism unlike talent and business developments. Toxic work culture due to management ( human tendency because of their positions ).

I really enjoyed both the work and the collaboration with colleagues in three different time zones and continents: USA (Texas), Panama, and India. I felt confident that my expertise and input were being taken into account.
Poor time management and planning, especially considering I was part of a workflow/document pipeline located in different time zones. I was sometimes asked to work overtime and/or on weekends.
