Great Training for recent graduates.
I never felt like I really had a chance to advance. On top of this, I was laid off after being one of the top performers on my team. There was no loyalty
Egineer

None, it’s an amazing company
Senior analyst
- Supportive and collaborative team culture - Stable work environment with good work-life balance - Competitive benefits and fair compensation
- Limited budget for team promotions and salary increments - Career advancement opportunities are not clearly defined - Expectations for employees at the same level vary across departments, leading to inconsistency - Other teams may respond or treat you differently depending on your level, which can feel unfair
Administrative assistant

The company isn’t as diverse and inclusive as they claim to be.
You are able to pull some big commission months (8k+) by getting a big server or computer deal. Experience is based on who your manager is.
Not much innovation or motivation after a while. its an inside sales gig so you are working one account set the entire time youre there
