I never felt like I really had a chance to advance. I was hired to work in Nashville, so I moved to Nashville in training, however I was then placed on a team out of Texas, and never met anyone in person. On top of this, I was laid off after being one of the top performers on my team. There was no loyalty

The company isn’t as diverse and inclusive as they claim to be.

Not much innovation or motivation after a while. its an inside sales gig so you are working one account set the entire time youre there

Salary hike is very less

work/life balance is gone after the rto
