There have been a lot of layoffs and ongoing changes, which has created uncertainty across the organization. Many people at Dell are unsure about their job security beyond the next six months, especially with the start of the new fiscal half. Additionally, there’s a lack of clarity around the company’s strategic direction, which has led to confusion internally.
