My manager cared about work-life balance and was open to discuss about my pressure and career path
Some colleagues might not have good temper and sometimes would not communicate in a right way
Team leader
Good place to work and learn.
How hard you perform well that doesn't matter, if the company doesn't perform well your result will be zero. That's common.
Project manager
Dell provides a strong platform for learning and career development. As a PM, I had the opportunity to lead end-to-end infrastructure and application deployment projects with global teams. • Supportive leadership and flexible work culture, especially beneficial for maintaining work-life balance. • Exposure to complex, enterprise-scale programs with Fortune 500 clients enhances both technical and business acumen. • Access to a vast array of internal training modules and certification support for PMP, Agile, and ITIL. • Emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion is genuine and visible across teams and leadership.
Like many large organizations, decision-making can be slow and layered. • Growth into senior leadership roles can be limited without internal networking and sponsorship. • Tools and processes can sometimes be overly rigid, which slows down agility in project execution.

During a company meeting, we were accused of unethical behavior due to the excessive consumption of vegetables. This thing continued with repeated emails. I felt really bad cause I have never consumed those untasty vegetables but still had to suffer through those negative vibes. The site management claimed that this behavior is considered theft. Individuals should buy their own salad with their lunch budget instead. At this point this issue really got my blood pressure way too high, even though I could never understand the buzz around those tasteless veggies. This was not the only occasion where employees were referred to as thieves. In another company meeting, management representative said that using sick leave when not actually really ill is also considered as theft. I got some more negative vibes in this time of year when the "anonymous" survey "Best companies to work for" takes place. Prior to the "launch" of the survey, some managers instructed employees (in closed meetings of course) to rank the company only with excellent scores (at least 9 out of 10) on major topics. Somehow I felt that this survey was far from being anonymous. These examples reflect the general attitude of the management towards individuals in the engineering team.

Some great people work there
Dell has no idea how to fit into a cloud and AI driven economy. There is a desperate hope AI server sales will make it all better. Same time, there is a desperate hope AI makes people redundant and they can just keep downsizing.
