Pay could be better aligned to market rates.

People are too domestic and not open to foreigners. If you don't speak fluent Japanese, your chances will be significantly limited.

Not a very transparent system you need to be a particular type of person to play the game right. You will see a lot of highly qualified people get left behind by very junior staff. There’s a focus on performative over actual performance.

“Deloitte nice”, lots of travel on some accounts, unclear onboarding and highly subjective/biased performance management process

Didn't find many cons of this so i will say it is more on pros side
