None really, can improve a hike.

Sometimes work pressure can increase based on projects.

I honestly don't have a much to say in terms of 'Cons' on Deloitte. Cons will mostly be people reliant. A certain emp is not a good leader, then don't expect him to be good manager either. It's a thin line to walk on to be able to balance professionalism with personal network. Unfortunately, not everyone can do it effectively.

Heavy work during epic release

Low starting salary cause of too many hires

Lack of transparency on payscale and CTCs

Backwards looking - Pay below market and revised down compared to previous management Total compensation (including leave)
