I have been in deloitte usi for more than 1 year now and in multiple projects and clients. Personally the work life balance is very good. I hear from other people that in other domain that there's a lot of work but that has not the case for me till now. Before this I was in a startup with micro management you cant imagine. So the shift here is massive. Deloitte gives number of benefits - Well being subsidy - 25k per year (June-May) Smartphone subsidy - 25k per 2 years. Variable pay even though officially it is 10% I got 13% for my first year. (4/5 rating) Hike was 10% Winter disconnect (25dec-1stJan) Team outings and dinners are based on the client. No diwali gift or bonus. (I got gift from my first client and other client gave 5k worth voucher on new year which you can use in amazon/flipkart/myntra and various other vendors).
