High work hours, large company

If you spend enough time here it becomes difficult to leave - a combination of culture, comfort, and decent pay. Putting it as a con as it kills your ambition - take it anyway you'd like.

Work hours are extreme, not only can you finish your busy season, but you can be put on another, constant juggling, never a consistent schedule. Many deadlines, not talking about external, but made up internal companies that the firm implements but then on top of that you have team deadlines they want you to meet. I will say if you need to work here do it, try it but no reason to stay longer than 3 years unless you are some go getter nerd type involving yourself in office politics and you sole goal is to become a partner (which is never guaranteed)
