You meet some smart and wonderful people at Deloitte. It is a great place and one of the worst places to work all at once. It offers nice benefits, but nothing outstanding compared to peer companies.
There are way too many compliance hoops to jump through and a cut throat culture. Partners/PPMD's treat SC's and below as disposable; missing your scheduled meetings twice in a row is a common practice.
