For more experienced professionals, progression can feel challenging without an established internal network. People who are more introverted or less inclined toward internal politics may find it harder to grow, even when they deliver strong work. While the company promotes inclusion, the reality can vary between teams and leadership styles. In some cases, support for experienced professionals may feel limited if they are not already well-connected internally.
