As you get more and more experienced as a technical person, it’s difficult to find a role that isn’t mostly managerial.
I was tagged to some great projects with amazing team leads and managers.
Had to work overtime and work on the weekends sometimes as my client was from the US.
Its a very big step into the industry when you join deloitte as soon as you graduate as your first company into the corporate. You learn alot as a newbie into this, alot of new learning opportunities and support from peers for the same. Helped me alot even in my personal difficulties period.
Some times it might get a bit too much as in the pressure will be built up if coping up isnt happening and you fall behind.
