Generally nice coworkers and managers, resources to obtain CPA, learn a lot quickly, acceptable starting pay.
Very long hours during busy seasons (Yes multiple. Many people will get staffed on multiple busy seasons throughout the year). Occasionally toxic environment caused by the few miserable people with no personal lives and who don't mind their business. Although starting pay has increased in recent years, still feel underpaid as someone with a masters degree, CPA license, and works 50-80 hours a week year round.
