Specialist
- Offers flexible working arrangements, which is great for work-life balance. - Monthly fixed allowance is a nice benefit.
- Management practices need serious improvement. - Lack of clear direction and support from leadership has contributed to a high employee turnover rate. - Communication gaps and inconsistent decision-making impact team productivity.
Assistant manager
Work from home, good allowances, flexi hour, nice colleague. Free parking and medical card
Too many policy, too much paperworks, and complicated system to navigate
Product manager
Some of the newer formed teams, with younger set of leaders are really good and inspiring. Very good culture amongst them.
The IT Infra team however still have many deadwood employees who not only lack the leadership skillsets required but also keep getting promoted for doing job scope (not above and beyond). Lots of employees leave from this division due to poor processes and poor leadership display.
Sales manager
Good and nice and good company
Too many ppl , salary too low
Company will review the medical and salary package from time to time
Promoting inside vs hiring from outside’s salary would be a big difference
Accounts payable
- can WFH 2 days - Flexible working hour
- Benefits just average, it need to be on claim-based (Transportation allowance) - High Volume of workload - Cannot claim for OT Not recommended to join if you get an offer for this role below a statutory amount cuz cannot claim OT (not bcuz cant finish the current task, its bcuz the system run very slow and volume of task keep increasing which is impossible to finish all
Planning analyst
The team atmosphere that I worked for was great. People are chill and young and no political issues
1. Sometimes overtime working till midnight 2. Very low paid compared with workload
Anonymous employee
Good, healthy and challenging working place
So far so good working
Proper system and workflow, processes, follow hierarchy for approval
Not much cons during the period of working there
Company has its own structure and resources which allows you to focus on your main job scope.
Culture is very team dependent
Significant growth opportunities across all 4 BUs, if you have the right support from your manager to push and collaborate across all functions.
Directions can be conflicting and competing, made worse by the multiple siloes internally and externally across functions, and especially if you lack supportive manager.
Executive
• Free parking or parking fees are claimable. • Higher-than-average EPF contribution rate. • Comprehensive medical insurance coverage for employees. • Monthly phone allowance provided. • Dental and optical allowances offered as part of the benefits package.
• Minimal career progression. Despite taking on additional tasks, there is little visibility or opportunity for promotion. • Lack of development path. The role structure does not support long-term skill progression or internal mobility. • Low annual increment. • Poor recognition culture. Hard work often goes unnoticed, and contributions are not acknowledged consistently. • Selective performance acknowledgment. Management tends to highlight only employees they frequently interact with or those directly generating revenue. • High expectations with limited appreciation. Employees are expected to take on more responsibilities without proportional recognition or support.

Flexible working hours 7am-9am, offwork at 4pm earliest Work-life balance Benefit wise is okay
1. Lack of career growth opportunities. They don’t appreciate those who can work. The Management only like those can talk the talk. 2. Toxic environment. Chinese-cultured office with lots of bad gossips and bias. Learn to be a apple-polisher to work here. 3. Increment is little 4. So called hybrid working but must be in office 3 days a week MINIMUM. If you’re taking 2 days leave you must be in office the rest of the days.
