Office is quite far away.

Standard procedures and sometime not flexible in business processes

Culture is not good, very team specific. The leadership are bullies apart from head of hong kong and HR are useless.

- Management practices need serious improvement. - Lack of clear direction and support from leadership has contributed to a high employee turnover rate. - Communication gaps and inconsistent decision-making impact team productivity.

Too many policy, too much paperworks, and complicated system to navigate

The IT Infra team however still have many deadwood employees who not only lack the leadership skillsets required but also keep getting promoted for doing job scope (not above and beyond). Lots of employees leave from this division due to poor processes and poor leadership display.

Too many ppl , salary too low

Promoting inside vs hiring from outside’s salary would be a big difference

- Benefits just average, it need to be on claim-based (Transportation allowance) - High Volume of workload - Cannot claim for OT Not recommended to join if you get an offer for this role below a statutory amount cuz cannot claim OT (not bcuz cant finish the current task, its bcuz the system run very slow and volume of task keep increasing which is impossible to finish all

1. Sometimes overtime working till midnight 2. Very low paid compared with workload

Culture is very team dependent

Directions can be conflicting and competing, made worse by the multiple siloes internally and externally across functions, and especially if you lack supportive manager.

• Minimal career progression. Despite taking on additional tasks, there is little visibility or opportunity for promotion. • Lack of development path. The role structure does not support long-term skill progression or internal mobility. • Low annual increment. • Poor recognition culture. Hard work often goes unnoticed, and contributions are not acknowledged consistently. • Selective performance acknowledgment. Management tends to highlight only employees they frequently interact with or those directly generating revenue. • High expectations with limited appreciation. Employees are expected to take on more responsibilities without proportional recognition or support.

Hard to manage client cause complicated industries

We get a lot of directives from Group DKSH so we don't have much say on how things run.

There is no Cons i can think of at this moment.

too many levels of reporting

No organized system in here. Hard to get feedback

1. Lack of career growth opportunities. They don’t appreciate those who can work. The Management only like those can talk the talk. 2. Toxic environment. Chinese-cultured office with lots of bad gossips and bias. Learn to be a apple-polisher to work here. 3. Increment is little 4. So called hybrid working but must be in office 3 days a week MINIMUM. If you’re taking 2 days leave you must be in office the rest of the days.
