Strong Global Network & Local Expertise: As a leading market expansion services provider, DKSH connects you with resources across 35+ countries while maintaining deep insights into Hong Kong’s unique business landscape. Working on projects spanning FMCG, healthcare, and luxury goods (e.g., brand distribution, supply chain management) gives you a holistic view of international business operations. Supportive Team & Collaborative Culture: Colleagues are knowledgeable and willing to share expertise—no silos here. Managers prioritize work-life balance and encourage open communication, whether you’re a new hire or a tenured staff. Cross-departmental projects also help build strong professional relationships. Structured Training & Career Development: The company invests in employee growth with regular workshops, leadership programs, and opportunities to upskill (e.g., digital tools, industry certifications). Promotions are merit-based, and there’s clear pathing for those looking to advance into senior roles or specialize in areas like logistics, sales, or marketing. Competitive Benefits Package: Comprehensive health insurance, annual leave, and performance bonuses are standard. They also offer flexible working arrangements (hybrid model) and employee wellness initiatives, which are a big plus in Hong Kong’s fast-paced environment.
Occasional Workload Peaks: During peak seasons (e.g., product launches, year-end campaigns), workload can be heavy, but management is responsive to adjusting resources or deadlines when communicated proactively. Processes Can Be Bureaucratic: As a large multinational, some internal processes (e.g., approval workflows) can be lengthy. However, the company is actively streamlining systems to improve efficiency.
Anonymous employee
Great team to work with. The office is modern and well-designed, and the newly appointed GM in DKSH Healthcare is a positive change for the company.
Internal politics appear to influence team dynamics, negatively affecting morale and overall efficiency. This environment sometimes encourages unproductive behaviors among colleagues, such as favoritism, making collaboration and trust difficult. high employee turnover
Client management
Great place to learn the health care
Slow personal growth and low salary increment
Have a flexible hybrid mode
Very heavy workload, need to multiltask a lot
Accounts executive
Friendly colleagues, filled up pantry
No cons as i didnt stay long enough
Senior executive
Good opportinuty to learn client management
nice you can experience it by your own
Good team mates and fun environment
You must know how to manage work life balance instead of company providing work life balance culture
Facilities executive
Flexible working hours by division.
Welcoming incompetence people but kicking the best staffs in industry.
- Good benefit - Challenging tasks
Continuous changes in the management team have resulted in constant adjustments to work processes. The company seems to prioritize hiring high-profile new employees over retaining long-serving staff.
Administrative assistant
Good company to work for
Less of communication or teamwork
The company is able ti give you flexibility on the working hours, work from office if you not fit to come work
The flexibility all based on your manager approval
Sales support
Flexible work time, no absent, work from home once until twice a week
high turn over, no training provided
Supervisor

lack of employee benefit and mean to employee.
Senior specialist
20 days AL + 2 days extra if holidays falls on sat. Gym, parking, toll and mobile claimable. Good colleague and bosses. Work wise, a lot of projects can learn.
Hard to get promoted. Management have favouritism towards people who can talk sweet. Not surprised if someone work here for 5-7 years with same title and no promotion. Work life balance also not exist if you are assign to 3 projects or more.
Bd director
Healthy environment with entrepreneurial mindset

Accountant
Good, good and good environment
Bad, bad and not bad
- flexible working style - good learning support
- low compensation - can be too traditional in way of working
Sales manager
Good Salary, Good working hours
Too Structured, Too much politic
Procurement manager
a lot of job opportunity, open for job rotation, flexi work arrangement, good staff welfare
too many processes to follow, no buddy system in certain roles, one man show
Executive client management
Good benefit, and a lot of free gifts
Racist, Selfish upper management. Just because HR close with manager, hence whatever we tell about our workload they didn't believe.
freebies(though those are mostly near expiry dates) is only pro I can think of
- instability - top management don't think it's important to reward the employees during good times. when it comes to bonus period, they scrimp on giving more increment and bonues lower level employees - finance and hr teams are very unstable, too frequent turnover - stressful and no work life balance
Customer service
Good place to learn, friendly and helpful colleague
Very short manpower provided with the amount of daily orders received
good management culture, transparent working environment
low salaries and benefits, bureaucracy
Finance specialist
The company has good working environment
Managers lack professionalism and aggresive
overall working environment is good. If you need a place to learn, DKSH is a great company
difficult to connect with each other
- keep the cute boy KC Lam happy - such a cute boy hangs around eating peanuts -
- poor quality products - know how to brag and make cute boy happy -kc lam
Project manager
DKSH is very good company for starter and you will get good learning opportunities and perks.
Management is not up to the mark and real performers are not appreciated. Few people are doing politics to survive in the company
Medical representative
Good Environment , good culture
resources and planning need more focus
Good benefits, good colleagues, challenging work
Keeps changing the management and work processes, lack of work-life balance, can be stressful sometime
culture, learning, freedom to operate
none as such, just that dont be blind to toxic employees
Technical service engineer
-Learn lot of new thing
-Sometimes need to handle customer on weekend
Easy money with stable working environment
Boring job nature and meaningless admin tasks
1.5 month bonus for year end
Low salary & package among the same line
Product specialist
Nice collegues, helpful and always supporting.
So far all is good
R&d technologist
Great colleagues, work life balance, average benefits and salary
During my time, top management with favouritism
nothing good generally in this company
company culture is old mindset, turnover is high in certain dept, if you see frequent hiring vacancies of the department-do think again this means that people keep leaving HR policy is not the best, side on employer
Executive product management
Strong company A lot of annual leave day
Problematic of back office team Quite take long time to doing any process (e.g PO approve) Everything is loading onto product specialist role (stock, find the lost item, claim issue and etc.) Lower salary base than usual
Friendly and respectful environment. Nice move to New Tech Park office which is near to MRT station.
Pay not up to market and average benefits for employees. No dependent coverage. Tight resources.
