no bond between team members, no clear career growth

Fast Paced, Lack of career growth

Very complex matrix organizational structure creating a lack of accountability. Poor communication between departments. People work in silos. Management does not treat its employees well.

More and more westerner from regional role/consultant are coming in for improvement per se and sometime it's resources consuming to jive along with the progress amidst existing task.

Business keeps restructuring with not much stability

Relatively low salary. Poor working environment, cockroaches at office; small and dirty toilets; need to queue for water dispenser in the morning; and the microwave/the sink during lunch time for around 10-15mins. Team admin is unfriendly and rude.

Salary is relatively low than others.

The company is good, just my department is suck and bad. The worse i would say.

Complex work often involves excessive communication with various units, leading to missed opportunities in some tasks. Director who are unaware of the actual workflow processes at the workplace.
