Good work is not enough - your work need to be seen Career is anything but linear - rather jungle maze No way there is a perfect job - reset expectation and enjoy the ride Mental health can't sustain with normal paycheck - You can't control promotions - there are limited quotas given You should always be on the lookout on the next opportunity, similar with a business looking out to expand into other areas
