The benefit is great. The workload is manageable once you get used to it but it takes a while to absorb everything. For someone who wants to continue their career path in retail, this is a good opportunity.
They need to work more on their learning modules. For someone who adapt easily at fast-environment and have background in retail, they can catch up quickly.
