Sales associate/cashier
- good salary and ot
- not allowed to sit
Seniot executive
company is ambitious and generous
there's no healthy communication between department, to work together in order to achieve goal. even if to bring in new changes, when any issues arise, instead of bringing up issues and discuss or suggest for solution, the issue will bring directly to the business owner and he would overwrite everything. hence there are no progress
Customer assistant
Able to work and try various tasks, not just focusing on my own part. The supervisors support me well.
Some co-workers did not do their work
Finance supervisor
Chill but unstable, colleagues are good
Not conducive working environment and low salary
Sales assistant
Branch manager, colleagues are very friendly and helpful, break 1 hour
No monthly duty roster, environment very toxic and unbearable because the whole team need to achieve the target to get the incentives
The work environment is generally positive and friendly. The team is cooperative, and my coworkers are supportive, making daily tasks easier to manage. The job is straightforward, and the responsibilities are clearly defined, so there’s little confusion about what needs to be done. Customer interactions are usually pleasant, and helping customers find products is rewarding. I also get to learn about a wide range of products, which can be interesting. There’s a decent work-life balance, and the store management is flexible with scheduling, which helps accommodate personal commitments.
The salary is not competitive, especially considering the workload and the responsibilities expected from store assistants. There is little room for financial growth unless you move up to a managerial position. Career advancement opportunities are limited. There aren’t many clear pathways for promotion, and there’s minimal focus on employee development. The store can get extremely busy, especially during sales periods, leading to stressful shifts with minimal staffing support. There could be better communication from management about store policies and updates. Often, changes are made without informing the staff ahead of time
Cashier
they also included allowance for cashier
need to be patient with customers
Easy to apply and work
Get scold even if it's not your mistake
pay is good, very systematic
quite a stressful environment, but that's it
