Too many overtime to work on.

there's no healthy communication between department, to work together in order to achieve goal. even if to bring in new changes, when any issues arise, instead of bringing up issues and discuss or suggest for solution, the issue will bring directly to the business owner and he would overwrite everything. hence there are no progress

Some co-workers did not do their work

Not conducive working environment and low salary

No monthly duty roster, environment very toxic and unbearable because the whole team need to achieve the target to get the incentives

The salary is not competitive, especially considering the workload and the responsibilities expected from store assistants. There is little room for financial growth unless you move up to a managerial position. Career advancement opportunities are limited. There aren’t many clear pathways for promotion, and there’s minimal focus on employee development. The store can get extremely busy, especially during sales periods, leading to stressful shifts with minimal staffing support. There could be better communication from management about store policies and updates. Often, changes are made without informing the staff ahead of time
