No sick time only 10 full days or 20 half days per year. Not wanting to let people off for dr's appt. A dr's notice is still a point on your record and at 6 points you are out the door regardless of job performance or length of employment. Medical dept refuses to give full information about short term disability.

For a company of this size, they offer almost nothing competitive in terms of benefits or perks. No onsite gym, no coffee shop onsite, the cafeteria food is pretty terrible and repetitive. There is a remote work policy, but it's understood that you should not use it if you want to succeed or get promoted.

Very traditional still in approach. Slow paced and there is a bit of bureaucracy that you need to manage.
