Electrolux provides a facility with current and valuable resources/ testing laboratories. The company boasts a diverse and international work force where employees often eat lunch together and interact.
At times the operation feels fairly over extended and attention to detail is missed. Making decisions is a long process with various signatures of approval often required.
Open culture with a focus on environment and sustainability, collaboration and moving forward. Focus in Sweden on attracting more young people which the company needs. All in all, a good company to work for whether in Sweden or further afield for the other brands such as Zanussi, Frigidaire.
More young people needed! Sometimes too much red tape and the size of the firm can mean that cohesion between areas is difficult. All in all, positive!
It’s easy to move up with the company, of course like any major company there are going to be people that talk but just mind your business and get the job done correctly
With the pandemic, a lot of machines go down so it’s a big waiting game
It subject matter expert
Good exposure to international work environment
Meritocracy missing, lacking overseeing policies for employee career development
