Absolutely NO management NO processes NO employee retention Just an over all horrible environment to be in. They will overpromise and lie in interviews about the company culture, career opportunities, etc.

The way the hours are set up

using MVP model creates a lot of pressure at all levels. Entire organisation works very lean and expectations are extremely high.

I don't know of any cons in Electrolux

there are a lot of re-structure in the company

A lot of Diversity , political, tuff environment, 24/7 working

Corporate organization sometimes limits employee performance.

Things can be slow in the beginning. You must make an effort to get exciting projects.
