Complete lack of direction. No cohesiveness across teams. Most of this is caused by poor leadership. Leadership is incompetent. No issues are addressed until they become overwhelming to manage. There is absolutely no on boarding but you are expected to understand how everything works soon after start date. No amount of money can make you ignore poor leadership.

Not many down sides for companies

The traffic to get to office

No team work. Blame game. Low Salary

Low wages, high stress, minimal work/life balance, micromanaged

I don’t have any specific cons in mind

Long hours and extra work load

Normal benefit. No teamwork. All are expected to work and solve problem alone. Boss will not support you. Need to know how to survive which can be very stressful. Very calculative with working from home arrangement. Too many meetings which are unnecessary sometimes.
