There are substantial amount of time spending on meeting with redundant department attendees

mid to low salaries, no bonus, no serious raise, no training, saturated industry.

Poor management and organization. Mandatory overtime

Too much drama. Do not appreciate loyal employees

Have taken on a lot more responsibility since starting with the company and therefore title/salary no longer match. (No guarantee that this will change although there seems to be money to spend on other things.) Doing the work of multiple people.

Not have so many standards yet

Slowness in decision taking, too many meetings

Many departments and groups are stretched very thin and management seems to have a hard time getting the extra headcount approved in certain areas.

Can be long hours or short days just depends on the workload.

Less challenging can make it boring sometimes
