1:Has a high base pay rate. 2:Has a wide range of job varieties. 3:Plenty of learning opportunities.
1:The females have a high aggression rate. 2:Medical leaves for anyone other than self are made difficult to receive. 3:Employee turn over rates are extremely high. 4:Employees are given a 25 minute and a 15 minute break within 8-10 hour shifts though are not compensated for the amount of time the distance to designated break areas take to and from work areas. Meaning working at the back of the plant takes 4 minutes there and another 4 minutes back= 8 total minutes taken out of designated break times that are to be taken IN break areas, not walking through the plant.
