Can be sometimes managed too much

Bad leadership and no career prospects

no bonuses rewards or incentives of any kind

Unbalanced workload and working hours, low salaries, no benefits, role unclarity, young managers with poor leadership skills.

It is quite hard to move up. You need to spend years in the company

there are no cons I can think off.

Not as well organized as you would expect from such company.
