- Bad pay - Bad Management
- nice and friendly people
- lack of strategic directions
Good upper management and benefit
company not very near MRT
18 days leave and grab for business
No overtime pay, only standby allowance, and they expect you to work overtime based on a schedule. Strong politics, extreme favoritism to the Royal family. Do not buy HR or anything they told you in the interview to trick you in. (training, mentorship, advancement)
Most of the staff there are helpful, friendly and quit knowledgeable, willing to teach. Welfare and benefits package quite good (leave, claims etc.)
Average market salary but boast it being higher than average (is only true of compare to SMEs) and is competitive.
Good entry level especially for fresh grads
young company, inexperienced a lot of room for improvements
Have good projects and technical people around
Nothing that i can think of.
Friendly seniors, decent pay yeah
Not much to say cause was an intern
People and not people, depending on who u associate yourself with.
Nepotism is there whether u like it or not. Meritocracy is a thing of the past.
People are friendly Able to introduce and implement new technologies Salary are quite competitive for new joiners
Too much friction and barrier between the various departments. Managers/Sales overpromised the customer without accessing the requirements. Colleagues are generally nice but they lack the drive to self improve, just want to go home when time is up. New hirers are not screened properly resulting in lack of quality and being a drag on existing projects. Existing employees are not compensate properly and thats the reason for brain drain. Company vision and future direction not attractive
