Delegation of duty is not clear. Culture of ‘One Ensign’ is BS when the managers draw very thick lines.

With the backing of Temasek, this company is essentially made to succeed. Bosses are understanding but pressure is high to perform multiple tasks even those outside of your scope due to a lack of manpower. Salary is average, can definitely compete with the rest in the market.

Promotion will be slower if you are working offsite. Length of work spent at hq versus client site will be biased. Promotion is based on trust rapport build up with amount of face time in hq with higher ups.
