Over promise under deliver by management, Workload is never low. More work to do if you complete faster. 0 work life balance Pay compensation is super low Imbalance pay package as well. Management directions keep changing.

- No guidance aka You are left alone to die - Bosses act busy and plays favouritism - No clear communications or processes in place - Sales personnel often try to skip or bypass processes and encourages others to do so adding unnecessary & unethical pressure onto operations - Employees are viewed as expandable - No career progression
