Pay worse than everyone still dare say “pay is not everything”. work for free ah? - no leadership or team building, everything just blame outside, say not their fault. - no career prospects. My seniors all work 2 years and leave.

Chaotic. Where ever you go, it would be chaotic. This company may look good on the outside, but in actual fact that’s not the case. Whichever department you go, it is in chaos.
