Heavy and huge amount of work. No space for proper learning. Expected to deliver additional administrative work outside of primary scope. Once in ensign, confirm will resign. Oh and, low wages as well.

- penny pinching and want to cut cost everywhere. - management praising themself. - use scare tactics tell you outside companies bad or whatever, try to scare fresh grads. - HR totally absent. Give template reply at townhall. Pay worse than everyone still dare say “pay is not everything”. work for free ah? - no leadership or team building, everything just blame outside, say not their fault. - no career prospects. My seniors all work 2 years and leave.

Volatile environment with no room for development. Job scope is inconsistent and be prepared to take on more then what was discussed. All in all join only if you are a true politician or interested in training to become one.

Old school management Full of govt scholars with NO enterprise management skillset Ever changing process and directives Remuneration better than NCS but lower than MNCs

No career progression and guidance. Management and seniors only know how to act busy, cheat and make empty promises.

Leadership in Sales team is bereaucratic. Team work is non-existent. There's a lot of abusive behaviour and attitude from management, causing low morale and mental health impact.

Chaotic. Where ever you go, it would be chaotic. This company may look good on the outside, but in actual fact that’s not the case. Whichever department you go, it is in chaos.
