Good structure for new pt
A lot of bias and fake higher management (training side) really BEWARE of this company
Senior graphic designer
I loved how we, as employers, get integrated to the products that we promote. How fitness becomes a lifestyle and how people sincerely want to help you change your life.
There were some politics and double standards within the company.
Attendant
Pretty okay for the role
Long hours, 6 days a week
Teaches you fundamentals of Sports Science, if you’re lucky you get good colleagues that helps you learn faster. Offers textbook and lessons. Very good gym facilities. CPR course provided.
If you already have the basics, it may not be the place for you because there’s lots of classes to attend at town. Going back and forth town and your main outlet. You might get a bad attitude fitness manager. You get so occupied at work that there’s no balance with you own life.
Amazing education platform, members relations and career progression.
Shift work.Long hours.Minimal work life balance

All here is humble and if you can be friendly to all departments, it would help your job done
lack of appreciation from management
