The HR department often displayed blatant bias and failed to fulfill their responsibilities, leaving employees feeling unsupported. The management team, on the other hand, engaged in excessive micromanagement and power-tripping behavior. They seemed more interested in exerting control than in leading effectively. Unfortunately, this led to a toxic work environment where staff were frequently asked to take on tasks beyond their job descriptions without proper recognition or support. One of the most frustrating aspects was the unfair vacation policy. Despite hard work and dedication, vacation leave was often withheld if certain quotas weren't met, regardless of the effort put in. This created unnecessary stress and made it difficult to maintain a healthy work-life balance. While the job had its rewarding moments, the poor management and HR practices ultimately overshadowed them. I hope that Fitness First takes steps to improve their employee relations and create a more supportive and fair working environment
