It's a great company for new/old employees with opportunity to learn new things to understand team work and to have contact with a lot of people of diffrent culture and opinion.
Till now i don't have something to add against this company.

My experience is that Flextronics offers great job flexibility and does not usually lead to micromanagement. You get job satisfaction if you give it your all and are willing to grab it.
For many reasons Flextronics has a very flat organization which does not lend itself to advancement. Low margins do also lead to "head scratcher" decisions by upper management.
Good to work, food and transport provided, gain knowledge and experience
Politics in company,rotational shifts compulsory
Business analyst
Good company to start your career
Salary is not up to the mark
Procurement specialist
Opportunity creator, Diversity in culture
Nothing specific to describe cons, compensation should be increased
Principal consultant
1. Good pay structure 2. Insurance benefits for Parents/inlaws as well 3. Hybrid model 4. Lot of flexibility 5. Internal Product development.
1. Lot of layoffs happening lately due to poor revenue 2. Not sure how the company is going to perform in the near future.

Its was a enriching experience
Workload was a bit heavy
Flex senior management has a good feel for business conditions and is relatively proactive in responding to market opportunities. Good at cutting costs to the bone (and sometimes beyond). Conservative financial management. Will be a survivor in the current economic climate.
Communication below VP level is spotty, and the reasons for decisions are not well explained. Decisions sometimes appear to be arbitrary and not thought through. Very little input is requested from lower levels, nor used if it is provided. Way too many VP "cooks in the kitchen", and the organization routinely leaves conflicts between regions, business units, functional organizations, etc. ambiguous and unresolved. Getting a decision seems to have more to do with the force of the personalities involved rather than strong overall direction from the top.
