The culture is definitely lacking a little bit compared to other newer companies in the area.

Long hours i think is

very low salary solderers get 6-7 thousand shekels with the average salary in the country being 13 thousand, including night shifts for 12 hours the salary reaches 8-9 thousand I work as a process engineer full-time 5/2 and get 8500 gross and 7400 net, with the average salary in the country being 13,000 shekels

No long time growth in field

Complex organization should be able navigate silos

Malaysia site HR lack of sincerity to ensure employee gets fair compensation and well-being taken care of. Everything is being done half heartedly. Year over year employees are facing financial challenges of raising cost of living (unable to keep up with inflation). Terrible office environment and even basic infrastructure like washroom facilities is often out of service causing inconvenience. Within department no discussion and for future growth and opportunities.

Quality of work and less pay scale

Management is highly critical of staff. They tend to look for negative attributes of employees and dwell on them. Most of Management are under qualified with limited experience. Very little opportunity to develop and training limited to meeting FDA requirements. Organization is very flat, little to no opportunity for advancement. High than average turn-over rate. Corporate policy includes tuition reimbursement, but subject to divisional management, and they do not approve tuition reimbursement requests. Raises are minimal to non-existent, most lose money with each passing year since annual raises are typically less than cost-of-living.

I feel the issue is related to the nature of contract manufacturing. Some projects are better and more Interesting than others.

Life balance depends on the position. I would not say all positions are out of balance

1.Not that much good for freshers. 2.Other than college campus connect candidates..All the other fresh candidates will be recruited as contractors and It will at least take more than 1 year to get on roll.

Communication is a big problem
