Great exposure and experience. I was able to learn a lot at my time at the Milpitas Site. Many hard working people. Being in the field, I was able to learn alot and get my hands-on a few projects but I wish there was more direction for the intern program.
Lack of management leadership, very unorganized at times, many smart people but also many slow people.

- Managers do not have clear priorities, they are at the Machine like an engineer. - No strategical stand point, its all operational, or they have so much problema that they cant lift the head.
Excellent exposure of how the organization works. New challenges keep you in the mood to go for more and stay hungry. Revision in compensation to match market standards. Measurable goals and achievable targets.
Data oriented leadership and quite Weak for few support functions diluting the primary objective and resulting in extremely shabby decisions. Compensation is inconsistent across similar levels High on cost consciousness and nothing wrong about it until it starts to hurt the morale of the employees (Ground level, who contribute towards the operations) Culture needs to be infused across all levels

Worst management. Managers are not capable to handling a teams of 20 employee even. No appreciation for the hard workers.
