No complaints there. As long as you pull your weight, you have a pretty easy time and everyone is happy to help if you need it. Most people stay in their lanes and managers typically do not micro manage. Great work life balance with flexible schedules available. Never expected to work over time unless you put yourself into a position that you need to do it.
