Improve forecasting to properly align hiring to business needs.

Long hours including saturday, interview or job description doesnt really tell you what the actual job is. Basically stopping people at walmart/the mall and trying to convince them to switch to a crappier internet company.

Managers are too uptight most of the times....way too much hustle for something they don`t really acknowledge...

poor managment & poor taking care of employees

Unable to use cellphone at any time, training is very poor, and usually things have to be figured out between you and your co-workers, do not expect a raise, expect working standing up in on place, expect angry customers, expect to have vacations denied, expect to be short staffed, your best will never be their best

nothing to add from the cons side

Management more worried about quantity than quality. Product going out the door is very low quality.

The company has very bad management because tasks were not appropriately delegated. Some had to more than others and some did not do their job at all.
