High pressure working environment so bad.

Lack of direction and vision due to constant management turnover, reorganizations, etc.

From my opinion it's more struggle for fresh graduate

Layoffs every other quarter. No job security. Distance from my house to Flextronics was 90 miles round trip.

Questioned management's cost savings decision.

PM group responsibilities are not well understood or managed. Much of the typical PM work is handled by area managers.

Beauracratic processes not unlike most large international companies.

Lack for external training and certifications

Remuneration package could be improved as per market standards
