There is no communication whatsoever. Sales and management promise impossible timetables and then punish employees with layoffs every quarter when these deadlines aren't met. The management doesn't know and has no interest in learning what skills their employees have, so some employees are overloaded with 70-80 hour work weeks while others have nothing to do. Being in a P&L contract industry, some risk is understandable but there is no job security at all.

Nothing to complain about the management.

Can be stressful sometimes and the salary is pretty low

It's a big company, sometimes things move slow. They have websense which is annoying, they use kronos which isn't great. Other than that it's fine.
