Thin profit margins, sub-market compensation for all but the very top executives. You come here to get experience to get paid at future employers.

Doesn't exist bonus or other benefits.

If you are hardworking ,you will survive here in your initial days.

Uncertain about future within the company.

They have Variable shift timings

Benefits not so interesting but still acceptable.

In month end there will be more work ,

Sadly, these are mostly the same reasons as the pros: -Probably one of the easiest jobs you will ever consider Do you have a pulse? You're hired! -Friendly people Mostly people who are intoxicated while at work. -Plenty of extra hours Technically *volunteer* but the managers and upper management will suggest that you will be let go if you do not. -Almost impossible to get fired from This kind of speaks for itself.
